Our Dental Staff
We are a highly-trained and friendly staff at State of the Art Dental, and we will always make our best effort to put you at ease. Our primary focus is to make your visit a pleasant one. From our cheerful greeting to our warm good-bye, we are always there to serve your needs. Our reception staff will gladly answer any questions you may have about scheduling and financial issues, and our clinical staff can inform you about any of our procedures and how to make your treatment more comfortable.

David A. Pinsky, D.D.S.
David Pinsky, DDS has practiced dentistry for nearly 30 years since receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland in 1983. Inspired to pursue orthodontics, he attended the Academy of Functional and Straight Wire Orthodontics from which he graduated in 1986, and he has continued to practice orthodontics for over 20 years. His group meets regularly every three months to keep abreast of the latest developments in orthodontic procedures.
In recent years, Dr. Pinsky began to envision a center for excellence where all the various elements of dental care could be brought together in one location. In 2001, Dr. Pinsky opened State of the Art Dental Group located in King Farm Village in Rockville, Maryland. His vision is now a reality with a skilled staff of clinical practitioners who provide excellent dental care ranging from white fillings and orthodontics to implants, dentures, and maxillofacial surgery.
Rustin M. Levy, D.M.D, M.M.Sc
Dr. Levy is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He received his Certificate in Periodontics and Masters of Medical Science in Oral Biology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is Board Certified in Periodontics and is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Ira Reiz, D.M.D.
Charismatic caring general dentist with 20 years experience in the Washington Metro Area. Graduated University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey 1991.
Dr. Reiz skills include but are not limited to:
Treatment planning, Cosmetic dentistry, Veneers, Crown and Bridge, Dentures/Partials, Surgical extractions and Implants.
Enjoys sports, fishing Kids and his PUG. Lead instructor Dental Assistant Instructor, Southern Maryland Dental Society; College Park MD 2004-2008
